Your home directory (Z drive) will be going away soon which means you need to save your files to the cloud (Google Drive) using your @educbe.ca account.
You will receive a mark for File Management. This is where you save your work and from where your files will be opened.
At the end of each class, you will copy and paste or drag a copy of your files to your Design folder in the cloud. This will ensure you will not be confused about where to save (only in your Google Drive.)
Choose your class from the drop down Saving menu. There you will find a link to your class Google Folder. Make a new folder in your class Google Drive. Name it 'your last name_first name'. (Ex. Smith_John) Inside that folder, make two new folders. Name the first one 'Inventor' and the second one 'Revit'.
It is your responsibility to manage your files with names that are descriptive of the file, in folders that are descriptive of the content. You will be graded on your File Management!
